Mountain Movers Dance Studio is a locally owned business, centered around the art of dance. Through the Vaganova Ballet Method, we instill an appreciation for dance in and out of the classroom. With Ballet, Jazz, Pom, Contemporary, Ballet Conditioning, Hip Hop and more, our top focus is technique while still creating a safe and encouraging atmosphere for our students.
Each of our teachers has had several years of teaching dance to students of many ages. All of our instructors were once dancers themselves and have had experience with different instructors and in different areas of the state/US.
Mrs. Natalie was born and raised in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. She started dancing at the age of 8 and has been teaching dance since 2014. Throughout her dancing career, she has danced as an extra in Moscow Ballet's Great Russian Nutcracker twice, has been accepted to many dance programs including Kirov Ballet, Next Generation and Tulsa Ballet, and was on the Varsity Dance Team for 4 years in high school. She has placed first in many solos and group routines at dance competitions she attended in her teen years. She has also danced in Washington DC at the Smithsonian Museum and had the opportunity to travel to NYC to dance during the summer.

My name is Arianna Santana and I am from Tahlequah. I've been dancing since I was 8 years old and I've been with Mountain Movers since we opened! This is my second year teaching/assisting and my third as a part of the MMDS competition team, where I've won individual and group awards. I've danced in many styles including ballet, contemporary, jazz, hiphop, tap, and modern. I love being able to teach our students and watch their passion for dance grow as they become the best dancers they can be.
